Owned and lived alone in a 3 bedroom unit here for several years. Tabor management, at the time, was a total joke. I once received a write-up/fine for a party at my condo, on a weekend that I wasn't even in town. The security officers, if that is even what they should be called, told me (the owner) that the owner of the condo had been notified three times that his party was too loud, until I identified myself as the owner, then the story changed and the write-up/fine was torn up.
Lots of frat boys live here and they break beer bottles like it's their job. Lots of hot, female talent at the pool during the spring/summer, so that was just about the only positive.
I wouldn't live here if someone gave me a free condo...

I lived here for three years and loved it. I couldn't imagine living anywhere else. It is close to downtown and all the bars as well as one mile from MSU stadium. (close enough to walk)I would recommend this place
