(2008-07-20) My husband and I rented for Tommy Prentice when we first moved to Starkville. He was by far the best landlord ever. Anytime we had a problem, within 24 hours it was fixed, and he always followed up to make sure. He only rents to upperclassman/grad students/families. He cares about the people who rent his units, you're not just a tenant to him. It's reflected in his apartments too; they are clean and VERY well kept up.
