(2010-03-29) The great part about this place is the quick walk to campus - super accessible and no need to buy a university parking decal. The layout of the apartments are great and rent really isn't bad. The bad news is that the complex has horrible management and never repairs anything. We have had problem after problem with our apartment (and have been here 2 years), including mice and a snake (on the 3rd floor), plumbing problems, dryer issues, etc. They don't fix things until you threaten legal action, and even then, it takes them forever. They don't have a courtesy officer (they say they do, though), so you have to call the police whenever your neighbors decide to throw a rave for 200 people right below you (yes, that happens at least twice a month). The location is convenient, but it is not worth the hassle.

(2009-04-23) Right next to campus, affordable, small gym and pool at the apartments. Kind staff, and quick maintenance if anything goes wrong. Furniture and utilities provided.
